What is stainless steel composite panel?

Stainless steel composite panel is an innovative products developed based on production technology of aluminum composite panel, by production facilities and raw materials are adjusted to be suitable to laminate stainless steel sheets because SS is a hard metal which is quite difficult to handle.

 

The structure of stainless steel composite panel is just like a sandwich consisted of 3 layers, both top and bottom layers are stainless steel sheets of 0.4mm thickness and the core layer is a 3.2mm thickness thermal plastic core. With is structure, the stainless steel composite keeps the original properties and beauty of solid stainless steel but the overall weight is reduced while panel rigidity is enhanced greatly.

 

Specifications of stainless steel composite panel:

Panel thickness: 4mm, 6mm, others from 3mm upto 10mm

Panel length: 2440mm upto 5800mm

Stainless steel skin thickness: 0.4mm

Alloy of SS: 304, 316L, 220M

Finishes: Mirror, Hairline, various of embossed finishes
